Put the PD on a dark Brown leather NATO. Works pretty well.

As does this mistreated Leresche from a 44 set. The face feel is Heaven at first, but a bit too efficient/much for daily use in my hands.

Apparently gold is the order of the day. Razor from BST years ago, jammed and non-working. Lots of soaking and mineral oil later - and to the utter astonishment of the First Mate, it loosened up and worked. Has performed great and is in its original and beautifully worn finish - D1, so first quarter of 1958.

Hailing from the same vintage is the watch (oh yes the watch!) an Omega Automatic from 1955 on sharkskin band.

I know it's a leather strap and probably not best fitting either but I have yet to find a 22/22mm rubber strap for that branded Pre-V bronze buckle...
