I have a wade & butcher that has a slight warp in the blade... is there anything that can be done?

yes, two things can be done
(1) have somebody with enough experience hone it
(2) gather that experience yourself
the other option of course is to use it a a display piece, or sell it, but that doesn't involve shaving.

by "hone it" do you mean hone it until the warp is gone?
depends on the warp, but if its not bad a honemeister should be able to hone 'around' it
no, generally you can't hone it until the warp is gone, you just need sharp edge all along the blade. the problem that the warping causes is that it's harder to ensure the hone touches every part of the edge which is of course the way to remove steel until you have a sharp edge.
of course, it's a matter of scale - how warped a razor actually.
since there is nothing perfect, every single razor is slightly warped, but that's on a scale that it doesn't matter at all.
then some very minor warping would be compensated for during honing without even noticing it.
a more significant warping could be honed with modified stroke by experienced honers
and finally some warping renders a razor completely useless when it required less than 1" wide hone to effectively touch every single part of the edge - hopefully such razors never leave the factory.
