Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
I just finished watching every season and every episode of Game of Thrones and I am on the last book too.
I am about ready for April 14th!!

*SPOILER ALERT*

OK, here it is....my prediction for how GOT ends.

It turns out that Oberin & Robb Stark were right. The sky is blue because they live inside the eye of a blue eyed giant. Summer= eyes open, Winter= eyes closed. The long Night was the giant sleeping.

Last scene will be of Macumber waking up.

But....I can’t say I would be as upset. GoT is just way too good. Even the most outrageous ending couldn’t diminish the series.

I'm shocked at how good the show is.

I've watched the entire series at least four times, and various parts of it many times (Viper vs. mountain, Battle of the Bastards, laws of gods and men Tyrion trial scene, etc) and it just does not get old. The acting is excellent, the production quality is outstanding, the underlying story and universe is so well crafted, it just is superb.

Agree with all of this. Currently prepping for for season 8 by rewatching from the start (again) and I'm still blown away even though I've seen it all multiple times.

I was totally hooked when HBO2 was doing the "one day, one season" thing for GoT. Even though I have the frappin' DVDs in the cabinet literally underneath the TV, I still stayed up too late every night watching the reruns . . . again.

I've been re-watching season one the last couple of days. It's hard to tell how much foreshadowing is in there in what at the time was random lines.

Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
Until Tuesday my wife had never watched a single episode of GOT.
Now and then while I was re-watching GOT she would walk into the TV room and accuse me of watching porn and I would just laugh.
Tuesday she was sick and I stayed home with her and she decided to watch season 1 Episode 1. She completed episode 2.
Yesterday I went to work and she stayed home. She sent me a text about 1pm and said she was on episode 7.
This morning she was watching episode 8 while she was on the treadmill.
I laughed.
She’s hooked.
I bet she has all episodes and seasons watched b4 April.

Another one bites the dust!

Quick predictions -

Jon survives becomes the king since he is the rightful heir
Danny accepts she is not the rightful heir lives out her days on Dragonstone without Jon who stays in Winterfell
Cersi is shanked by Arya
Sansa dead
Arya not dead but doesn’t stay with Jon
Jamie brings the army and helps fight off the night king’s zombies. He lives. So does Bron
Somehow Bran and the Night King have a showdown and the Night King dies wiping out the rest of the zombies

Pretty easy predictions. And knowing the writers it will go nothing like this.

“Jon survives becomes the king since he is the rightful heir”

Maybe...

But how often does a good deed go unpunished on GOT?

I’m guessing no happy endings. Jon is going to have to execute Bran, since he is the Night King in a time travel loop mashup.

Jamie offs Cersei.

Tyrion survives.

Sam does as well, since he wrote this entire history.
