Warm Aftershave for Winter

OkieStubble

Dirty Donuts are so Good.
I'm a seasonal guy when it comes to my splashes or soaps. These are just a few of the warming splashes I have in the rotation currently for Winter. There are quite a few others, still in storage.

Bootlegger's Bay Rum
Bootlegger's El Dorado
Bootlegger's Perfecto Maduro
Vintage MEM British Sterling
Vintage MEM English Leather
Vintage Grey Flannel
Vintage Halston Z-14
Vintage Aqua Velva Musk
Vintage Avon Deep Woods
Vintage Avon Wild Country
Vintage Avon Oland
Vintage Avon Excaliber
Vintage Avon Tribute
Vintage Avon Sports Rally Bracing Lotion
Vintage Calvin Klein Obsession
Vintage Polo Green
Vintage Coty Musk
Vintage Shulton Old Spice

...by the time I finished reading each post, OkieStubble took the words right out of my mouth.

Couldn't agree more on these as the top 5 Winter splashes in no particular order:

Bootlegger's Bay Rum
Bootlegger's EL Dorado
Vintage Avon Deep Woods
Vintage Avon Wild Country
Vintage Shulton Old Spice

I like a good bay rum, sandalwood, tobacco, and old spice type fragrance in the Winter…with an occasional barbershop mixed in. So many options from both artisan and non-artisan vendors.

I’ve never smelled a tobacco AS, but I can’t picture it smelling good. I like bay rum. I have Pinaud VIBR, but I remember many people liking PAA bay rum. I have a little Shulton Old Spice sample left. I like that. It’s grown on me, too. The more I use it, the more I like it. Is Pinaud Clubman considered a barbershop scent? I’ve never smelled one specifically called barbershop.
