Wanted: suggestions for DOC razor heads similar to Razorock sloc, but without exposed blade tabs

I also was looking for a SS Sloc type and this went on sale, so it's in the same shipment with the new slant.

Yaqi stainless steel Mellon razor head.

Well looks like Yaqi wants to offer the melon head in stainless steel, looks nice IMO. I do not know if the blade tabs are enclosed? If it is anywhere close to the Zamak Melon head that lots of folks enjoy like myself it should do all right I'm thinking. Have some great shaves.

Tried opening up the handle 1/2 turn for today's shave. Increased efficiency. Improved smoothness. Still got the best combination of efficient and smooth using a neutral to shallow angle. Steep was certainly more usable than with the handle tightened all the way, but still with compromised comfort vs using the neutral/shallow angle.

Just my impressions based on how the Copper Ascension DOC shaves on my face/skin/beard.
