wanted film got, got paper

i should of read better its not film, and you cant use like wet film

any suggestions to get film, small amount and inexpensive?

or is this what i need?

From the description it says you can use it with water. The second link is the usual stuff.

this stuff is on a soft paper base. you can pull into it but cant push bevel side with out it catching. i'll keep some for hand sanding/ restoration. i ordered the second link thanks.

i ended up polshing some tarnish off a SR

then i layed the one micron paper on top of paddle strop ..... seemed to work but not HHT or tree topping
but much better than the cheap 8000grit stone i have.

You are not the 1st, nor the last to make this mistake. I did the same.

I find the paper useful for polishing various things, as mentioned above. Works really great as a final polish on scales.

no worries it works great on cleaning up old razors and scales
