Checking out an antique store in Waltham, MA today. Looking at the shaving items there were numerous 5/packs of Waltham DE blades. They were made in New Jersey or New York.
Well 2 out of 3 ain't bad.
By the way, if your a GEM or single edge razor fan living in the Greater Boston area you may want to check this place out. The owner had 5 single edge razors that were in pretty good shape.
