Don't know anything about your razor set (except that I want one!), but the NRA stamp might mean something different than you think it does if you're thinking of the National Rifle Association. During the Depression, one of FDR's programs was the National Recovery Administration. That's the NRA referenced with your stamp, which would put your set somewhere in the 30's I'd guess.

Very nice find. Agree with the era. Perhaps there are some markings that can pinpoint the year? Enjoy!
The NRA only lasted from 1933-1934 before being ruled unconstitutional so that tells us when that set was made. Interesting that ER was still putting that style razor in the wall cabinet set well after they released the Improved Safety Razor model that replaced it in 1930. Very cool set with the original six Radio Steel blades that it came with!
