Thanks. On the bkf, are there concerns about using it on nickel plating? I know from reading other threads that you should not use it on anything gold plated...
Bkf has oxalic acid. I imagine it would strip plating faster than flitz. I've seen a few razors become discolored from it some years ago. I can't remember which plating they had though. I usually use flitz with a chamois, or mothers with a toothbrush. Mothers you have to be easy with as well.
