I picked up this Menenn Skin Bracer Globe last week, from an antique shop. I picked up two bottles, the other was half full. Unfortunately both are missing their labels.

I have a gift set of Gillette Sun Up from the early 1960’s; the box even has the old price tag on it of $1.95.
How's the scent on this one?
It’s very interesting and nice. It’s masculine while not being too overbearing.

I smell like a Christmas pudding
Two bottles of Cussons, the makers of Imperial Leather. One is 58ml and the other 112ml. A clean soapy smell similar to Imperial Leather or Yardley Black Label. Not sure of the age of these, I guess 1970s but could be a long way out.
I'm having an issue with the camera function on my phone so I'll post pics asap but my vintage aftershaves are a Yardley Black Label a/s & cologne set from either the 50s of the 60s, ( not sure when the line was introduced ) and a large unused bottle of their English Lavender from as near as I can tell, the 40s. The label matches the soap I have from that decade so I'm basing my guess on that. I'm not as well versed in their aftershave as their soaps of which I have one or two unused examples from every decade starting in the 1930s. The other vintage aftershave are a couple of Houbigants and if being discontinued counts as vintage a couple of bottles of Floid Blue. Also have a small bottle of specially Christmas decorated Clubman from the 1970s meant for barbers as gifts for their customers. My energies up to now have been directed at collecting vintage soaps and blades which I use but I'm dipping my toes into vintage a/s now.

Just got this 95% full bottle of Avon Original aftershave in the mail today. I’ve heard of many Avon fragrances but I never knew about the “Original” scent line.
So, what's the scent????

Japanese Kanebo Valcan - a really nice leathery spice scent. Could become a favourite of mine.
The other day I got a first generation bottle of Jade East that’s 98% full. I got to say in comparison to the modern version of JE; the vintage smells way better than the modern.
Monday’s mail call is a vintage Mennen Skin Bracer hand decanter almost completely full. Does anyone know when this decanter was approximately made?
In the 70's , cant narrow it down right now.

What a great bottle! Maybe better without the label.
That's the 'Slap' bottle. The right hand was released in 1972 and the left hand in 1973. Very cool!
a dangerous way to apply aftershave!
I'm not sure what year it was that they switched AV to plastic.. but since my big glass 7oz is approaching the end, I had to track down his little glass brother, and happily it didn't cost me an arm and a leg.

I'm not familiar with this, but I'd love to hear what it smells like.
