Vie-Long Boars

I am thinking very hard about ordering a boar brush. Possibly on Thursday. I was surfing around looking at my options, mostly at the usual suspects, Omega and Semogue. I noticed on BullGoose that there are a couple of V-L boars.

I've been impressed with the quality of my horse brush from V-L, and was wondering if anyone here had used the V-L boars, and what they thought.

Eric, the 11737c has a knot that isn't overly dense, Due to the moderate density of the knot, complete Drying period between lathers didn't take more than a day, denser knots usually need extra time to completely dry. The Boar Hair of the V-L is comparable to the Vulfix Hyde Park Boar, soft tips out of the box and not as stiff or scrubby as an Omega or Semogue. I enjoyed the V-L Boar and found the Break-in period to be ~10-14 Lathers, it loads hard or soft soaps without difficulty and builds the lather quickly. I PIFed my Brush to a New Shaver and he's enjoying it immensely.
