Van Der Menthol

I was wondering what I could mix into my VDH to get more of a menthol kick. I know most people use old spice to mix in.

VDH is one of the best melting soap imo, you can add just about anything you want to it.

A few people have made "Van der Velva" (using blue Aqua Velva) and have reported success.

I suppose you could add Osage Rub. Not sure if anyone has tried that. Be the first

My VanDerMenthe recipe uses SCS Blue Line. Next time I'm going to add Pacific Rush or Barbon

VanDerVela is certainly a choice. You could also make VanDerBrut, and VanDerBracer.

Honestly you can add just about any heavily mentholated aftershave that you like.

I have never perfectly measured it. I just use 2-3 really good shakes. From my experience the puck will remain re-scented for 4-6 weeks (which by that point it would be nearly used up, if used every day).
