Van der Hagen Blades

So, these are on sale at the local walmart, but who actually makes them? They say they are "Ice Tempered" and made in that "City of Blades" in Germany.

I opened one of the TTO razor boxes in my local Wally World and found the included blades, while packaged as Van Der Hagen were clearly marked as Timor blades, which for me are an excellent blade.

The actual boxed blades at my walmart have no markings at all on the blades.

Yeah, they are Timor.
