Considering that the straight is not shave ready. It's rusty a bit. Considering there's no rust or pitting on the edge (so only need honing). Considering it's a 5/8 and not a bigger blade. I would say probably $15 for the straight and maybe $20 for the hone. That's my guesstimate.
If you are happy spending 100 bucks on it then that's its value. Personally I would say luc is warm (get it, luc warm!!!) but I would say less for the hone.
