Valet Auto Strop -- HellUp

I received a nice autostrop, but cannot figure out how to open it up! The instructions inluded seem not to be for this one .. Any help, saved pdfs of instructions, point me someplace?

Directly behind the blade is a rectangular tab - push it upwards. Your razor can use SE blades with an easy modification.
