Unusual slip joint - Maserin & De Nardo shotgun puller (pic heavy)

I'm out in Milan at the moment for work, and today had a (well deserved) day off in which some colleagues and I found an antique market running along a canal. Of course, the knife nut in me went crazy searching for anything with a blade. I think I might've scored on this one! Sorry for the photos; they're taken from my hotel room on an iPhone, but you get the idea -

I'm just curious to know if anyone has seen any other knife like this? I've found reference to Maserin & De Nardo switchblades with the same shotgun puller, but no reference to any slip joint with the extra added gubbins that this one has. Everything is totally smooth on the joints and I don't think it's ever been properly sharpened or used. The scales are thick horn without any blemish beyond mere age. I'm very pleased!
