I used to work in Chicago and loved going into Smallflower downtown. Pasteur’s in NY gets a lot of press. But, fortunately or unfortunately, most of us are left to buying online. This is not always a bad thing, and it is convenient, but there is something fun and nostalgic about walking around a well-stocked B&M store.

I’m not talking about a big CVS, nor The Art of Shaving, which is all proprietary. I mean like the two mentioned above. It need not be dedicated to wet shaving, but it should have a BIG wet shaving inventory.

Any good stores by you. Name and address, website, and photos if possible.

P.S. I was actually looking for one near Philadelphia, and found a thread looking for that exact same thing, so I thought I'd make it national. Plus if we have a listing we can plan to hit them up if we are traveling.

This is what I was going to post for @Vitt as well; great shop and Gareth is a super cool guy. They have a really cool barber shop as well.

I saw that Bullgoose got mentioned as well, but as far as I know it’s never been a brick & mortar location where you can stop in and see/buy things (I’ve asked a few times over the years).

Yeah, I wasn't sure about it. He's been so personable in our contacts over the years that it just seems like dropping in would be a natural thing to do. But it's a workspace, not a hangout, so gotta respect that.

There’s tons of shops in the Wiki already. Might be worth a look over and perhaps an update

Thanks. I wasn't aware of that. Will take a look.

This part of the wiki has been woefully out of date for a while unfortunately… does it allow for users to remove/delete places that are closed? Cuz for the Los Angeles tab, it’s a bummer to say that that’s the case for most of the listings from what I’ve seen the last few times I’ve look at it.

AFAIK the wiki is editable by anyone. Feel free.

I wish I could find a store like that in the Dallas area. Lately, I can't find styptic pencils at any grocery or pharmacy. My saving grace is that my adult son is getting me 6 though his Amazon account--where his wife works.
