The beautiful engraved baseplate reminds me of the Rotbart-Mond Extra. Yours looks ultra cool. Is it Italian maybe or German? I don’t understand which language the ‘prazision’ term is in.

Reminds me of last year when I found a Robuso, nobody had ever seen one.

Präzision is in German...
I've tried it with the blue Astra. Very direct and aggressive.
I had to shave very carefully.
Yes, its a well made razor and heavy to. About 62g.

Hello,
the short inner tube - long rod solution is typical german. The cap looks exactly like an Asan/Henso, while the comb is very similar to the Rotbart "rfb". But the raised central part has no real function as it accepts three hole blades.
Based on those features and the English stamping a wild guess of mine is it was made during the late 20ies early 30ies in Germany.
