I received my two Ulrik straights this week (Koraat-Knives GbR Beyer & Beyer).
Shaved with both and honest to God I’ve never had such good comfortable shaves. The level of attention to detail is unparalleled; polished steel contrasted with pebbles surfaces. The blade cutting angles are incredible. The scales are oversized yet light, making grip and handling unusually good. Spacers between the scales aren’t tiny pins or pieces of wood, but rather, quality metal hardware. Balance is perfect.
The blades both shave beautifully, and hone up well.
