For your consideration is a 1921 cased silver English Gillette New Standard razor is good user grade condition. As shown in the images the case is in very nice condition for the age with slight interior wear to the back left, and the correct Gillette blade bank is included. It is marked 'Case Made In USA' which I think is peculiar to cases intended for the English market with other cases simply marked 'Made In USA'. The razor itself has wear to the silver plate with brass showing through in various areas including the cap but all the teeth are straight and the razor shaves well; I would describe it is aggressive. The serial number can be clearly seen and the Y suffix indicates an English model, as well as of course 'Made In England' stamped on the underside.
