TWSBI ink bottles

Expected to hit US shores after Oct. 20, be available in 6 colors, and cost $25 per bottle (FYI - colored 540 pens are expected in 1.5 - 2 months), according to their facebook page, but here's a pic of it

There are retractable pens and old style pens w/ modern heart projects all coming down the pipline, but I did not want to talk too much about them until you start getting 540, vac 700, ink bottle…

I think this is a really clever design; the inner well would have been neat on its own, but that trick has been played. The tube for filling the Diamond pens, however - THAT make it really hard to pass up on.

I agree. It's very apparent that a lot of work has been put into the bottles. Most of the bottles I use serve their purpose just fine. More for everyone else!

Yeah, I read on FB it's because there was something like only a 20% pass rate for QC, plus the high shipping... just necessitated the higher cost. They look cool, I hope they can find a way to bring the cost down a bit more.

wow 20% pass rate, that's quite a bit of waste product. I think they would sell fine at 12 to 15max.

The Sailor Jentle bottles have a similar funnel arrangement. For $12.50 you get a fancy bottle filled with 50ml of ink!
