Where can make find inexpensive cream like arko for $2. I often see them as $10

Europe, not sure what is available in the US.

If you want budget creams it’s hard to beat the Italian 500ml sizes (Proraso. Vitos) or the 1,000ml soft soap bricks (Cella, TFS, Vitos).

As others have said, EU countries for sure would have Arko sensitive cream for a very low price. However, I am specifically in the UK (now non-EU) and the cream costs as little as £1.42 GBP directly from Amazon UK with free delivery! The best value cream by some margin as far as I am concerned.

For a balm I use Stirlings unscented balm.
