TSD soap latherability

Hello, I recently came across the list of scents the shave den offers, and there are a few ones I don't see often (or have never seen) that I may get samples of. My question is, I've heard of some people having problems creating lather with their cream, but do some people also get this problem with their soaps? Otherwise, how do their creams compare to their soaps? Thanks.


I couldn't find a way to search "TSD" or "the shave den" without most/all of the words not counted ('too short' or 'too common') so I apologise if this has been discussed before.

I haven't tried their cream, but I've tried their soaps. They take some doing to get lather going, but once you do, it is nice lather. It seems to take more water than a lot of other soaps I've tried.

I have no problem getting Joanne's soaps to lather.

Her soaps are very good, and I have no problem getting good lather from them.

If I had to pick, The soaps are better performers than the creams. But the 2 creams I have used were only samples so YMMV.

No problem at all lathering TSD soaps. They really aren't all that particular and the scents are quite nice. I'm a huge fan.

No problem at all with their lather; kinda reminds me of Mama Sue's.
