Have any of you gents heard of, or used this particular soap?
Trumper's Oxford Blue Shaving Soap.

Heard of it and seen it, but have never used it. It is a much smaller puck than those in the Trumpers shaving bowls, and designed to go with their soap scuttles. It has the same formulation as their other soaps, but it (along with the Officer and Gentleman soap) is endowed with the Spanish Leather scent.

The aforementioned link is the B&B equivalent of the Congressional Medal of Honor.
Ray has a terrific operation, and is the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet.
He even sold me the sharpest razor I ever received from anyone.
What is the difference between these soaps if the scent and formula are the same?
Nothing as far as I know. I had seen them online while "Trumpering" one day, and actually saw the box when visiting Cambridge Chemists in NYC. Talking to Scott, the proprietor, he gave me the specs on the soap, and told me that the two are the same soap, but with different names to coincide with the Trumper soap scuttles that bear the same names but have different decoration. Confirming what Jim posted earlier, Scott said that there was still a lot of pre-reformulation stock out in the supply chain. We checked every box that he had on the shelves, and unfortunately, they were all of the reformulated version
