Truefitt & Hill No 10 range now available at Sainsburys

I did my weekly shop today at Sainsburys (Newbury) & was wandering down the men's toiletries aisle when I was very pleasantly surprised to see that they are stocking a number of products from the Truefitt & Hill No 10 range. Yes, I know this is just the Truefitt budget range, but it is still a big step forward & I hope that Sainburys are stocking it at a national level. I bought a tub of shaving cream to try, it smells great.

They started stocking this stuff a couple of months ago. If you had noticed it then you would have got it on the introductory offer of 1/3 off I stocked up on a few pots of the shaving cream at £5.32 each, and it is quite a respectable performer
They are also now stocking Real Shaving Co creams. Does anybody know anything about them?

I bought the cream for £5-ish a few weeks ago. I could actually just use this stuff exclusively, it's very good. It's manufactured by Creightons I believe? You could buy this directly from them not so long ago.

I visit two different Sainsburys on a weekly basis, always having a wander down the men's toiletries aisle & I am pretty sure this is the first time the Truefit & Hill has appeared. I gave mine a try at the weekend & I easily produced a good slick lather, but it smells a bit differently when mixed. If has a definite whiff of old lady's handkerchief about it!!

Real Shaving Co, Natural Grooming Co, St James, T&H, TOBS, GFT are all made by Creightons. Most are OEM, but Real Shaving Co, Natural Grooming Co, St James and Truefitt & Hill No 10 are their own brands. Truefitt & Hill No 10 appears to be licensed by Creightons if you visit the corporate site...

For those of you in the UK Sainsbury's are currently offering the Real Shave range at half price, so the tubes of Cream are only £1.74 according to their website. I'm off to my local branch stock up over the weekend.

I was in my local Sainsbury's 2 weeks ago and all they had were Palmolive sticks and Wilkinson sword tubs. I'll have to go back and check.

Nope all they had was assorted goo in aerosol cans and King of Shave rubbish. Even the Palmolive and Wilkie stuff is gone. Looks like they had a stock clearout.
