Trouble with a Z2 SS.....

I had a hard time getting the blade out of my 50s SS yesterday morning.

The problem seems to be that the part on the bottom of the handle that turns to open the doors is coming loose from the main part of the handle. When I look deep up inside, I can see that there is a screw there, but the threads are unlike any screwdriver head I've ever seen.

I feel sure that if I had the right tool, I could just tighten it a smidgen and it would continue to work great.

Anybody experienced this problem before, or have an idea how to fix it?

My understanding is that in addition to the unique screw head, the screw is a left-hand thread. So you have to reverse the direction of turn from what you're used to.
