I'm going to be taking a business trip to Sweden towards the end of this month. Anyone have any suggestions for shaving related gear to pick up while I'm there?

Commonly available is Palmolive shave stick and cream. This EU variant is a splendid performer.
Otherwise, if you are not in Stockholm, you are pretty much out of luck. In Stockholm you can buy hideously expensive shaving stuff at the big store 'NK' in the center of the city.

Search the countryside far and wide for straight razors. Some of the finest razors came from Sweden.
That is true -both Heljestrand and the others from Eskilstuna can be found mainly on the countryside if you are lucky. I'm sca(r)red of those...
If you're visiting southern Sweden you should visit the town Helsingborg. There is a store with shaving tools. It's named Gents Barber & Shop. The adress is Bruksgatan 3, 252 23 Helsingborg. You should also check their website to see if the prices make it worth the trip. http://gents.com/
