Please help me id this razor. I've tried searching, but I can't find any info on it.

1940's Wilkinson "Rocker" Dry Shave Razor. They were meant to dry shave the face by use of a foil and by rocking the head back and forth. I have a couple of them and what is really interesting is the instruction manual that they came with. It's a flip book that demonstrates how to use the razor. Looks like yours is in pretty good condition!

It's on a local auction site and I wanted some info on it before deciding to buy it or not.
Sounds like a manual form of an electric shaver. How you used any of the ones you have?

I ran one through the motions on my cheek just to see if it worked (which it did), but I have not had a complete shave with one.
