When you buy a razor lot from the Bay and there are duds among the jewels what do you do? Toss or keep?

I do what I can to clean them up. There is a great restoration section on the WIKI. Though I admit my skill and penitence only go so far and I have PIFed 5 or so razors that I felt were beyond me.
If you really don't have room for them, make use of the BST or PIF them to a newbie.... It's good to keep the DE's amongst fellow enthusiasts (is that the right word?)
Never toss it.

Even broken ones. Some folks love to try their hands at repair, or want one for spare parts.
Ive got a lot of 4 coming from the states. At least one of them looks pretty brassy. I was thinking of getting it replated....
The only ones I discard are ones that are unusable - too many bent/broken teeth, stripped threads, nasty gashes in the head, etc. If they are just ugly or stripped of all plating, I clean them up and PIF them to newbies. I always add a disclaimer noting that the example is no beauty queen but is still functional.
I put them up on the BST or PIF them.
