Transferring aftershave labels to glass?

I'm slowly collecting old tabasco bottles, etc. to use for my aftershaves currently in plastic. Does anyone have any tips on how to transfer the labels from the plastic to the glass?

easy, take a photo, then print on an avery (or similar) label, affix to the new bottle.

sarimento1 offers a more "professional" way of obtaining what you desire. However, if you desire a quick and easy way, and a method that has been mentioned before here at B&B - fill your empty plastic bottle with water and microwave it til the heated water softens the adhesive. Peel of the label and fasten to the bottle.

**Use extreme caution when heating the water in the plastic bottle.
Use short heating increments.

you can use a reverse transfer adhesive sheet think clear tape but wide enough for your label and apply it then use heat gun to loosen what you can and peel :) that way it protects it and you for sure do not tear it
you can then apply new sticky with double sticky sheets
in some ways this could be good long term as the label has quite good water resistance and wont wear on multiple refills :)
