If you turn the razor over you'll see Insert Key and an arrow on the right side. The "key" is the part on the dispenser that sticks out from it's body. Insert it into the area where the arrow points.Think male/female. Then slide the moving tabs on the top of dispenser to move the blade into the razor. If the razor is empty the first blade can be kind of hard to get in, and watch that the sharp edge of the blade doesn't drag across the blade stops. There is a diagram on the back of the blade package that illustrates it better than I worded it.

Thanks. Links are helpful but the blade will won't slide in. Seems once the key is in the lip doesn't separate enough for the blade to be inserted.
The bottom lever on the razor is latched correct? It is not possible to insert a blade into a Hydromagic if the bottom cleaning mechanism is in the open position.
Also, if there is not blade in the razor currently, it can be quite the challenge to insert the first new blade.
If there is no blade in there now, it can be tricky to get a new one in. You may have to force it a bit. Try extending the blade from the injector a mm or two and wiggling it in. Once you get the first one in, the next will work MUCH better.
If you're still having trouble, then try inserting a toothpick on the opposite side of the head to help open it up.
