Top 3 Brands of Shaving soap/cream

I'm mostly a hard soap shaver (Mitchell's Wool Fat, Williams, Arko, Tabac, Razorock What the Puck, etc,). My two cream brands include:

  • Cyril R. Salter: both Wild Rose and French Veitver. Very affordable luxury creams landed at around $10 U.S. for each 165 gram container.
  • Lea: both the Professional and Menthol
Recently acquired these last fall from Connaught Shaving. Enjoy and realize great shaves from both brands. Excellent quality creams at bargain pricing of $3 - $4 U.S. for 150g to 250g tubes.

Three that I will always have on hand:

Stirling (soap)
MdC (soap)
TOBS (cream)

I like Razorock soap also, especially the xXx scent.

TOBS doesn’t leave me with a nice post shave feel; even after using alum block and witch hazel. But I really like their scents. Maybe just me 🤔
My best performing creams are:
BS Maca Root & Aloe
Castle Forbes
Trumpers
Honorable mentions:
St James of London and Truefitt and Hill
best soaps: Cella and Tabac by far!
