Had 2 large tool chests on rollers and a tool wall before the downsize to this home. Mostly I work out of two GI tool bags these days, one hand tools, one electrical.
I keep a shop rag and oil right there on the shelf. Every tool gets wiped before putting away.
The hammer hanging just off the corner, not really shown, is rusty. Years of my sweat dripping. Wiping down with oil helps but that tool has battle scars.
