I don't get very excited by Fever Tree, either. I don't dislike it at all, but I don't seek it out. Of course, I've also pretty much stopped drinking G&Ts, preferring gin & soda.

We really are on the same page.I have pretty much moved to gin rickeys--gin, soda, some lime, and a bit of simple syrup. Getting toward a Tom Collins I guess, although I try to use little simple syrup.
