Time to start a new trend here in the Brown Leaf, a monthly acquisition thread. Let's see what goodies everybody is getting this month? Will it be nothing but pictures of Frog Morton Cellar and Xikar lighters? Will Blade Boy and Blewbyou have more posts here than everyone else combined? (of course they will, dumb question) Have at it gentlemen!

-50g tin of Frog Morton Cellar
-1.5 oz pouch of Captain Black (haven't smoked a drugstore tobacco yet, so I thought "why not?"
-Filters for my MM cob
-Free Iwan Ries matches

My Newminster Superior Navy Flake and Superior Round Slices came in today. I have some locking jars that I've put most of the 4 oz of each in so that I can cellar it in a cabinet in the bottom of an end table, where it's dark and cool. Haven't tried either yet, but I'll probably try out the Navy Flake this afternoon.

I have the old Vienna Meerschaum (African)in the same shape as LVC, but I also wanted the Turkish Meer Altinok version. This is actually the PAD straw that broke the camel's back. Right after ordering this, we got the quote from the vet that was pretty high, so I opted to sell some of my less-used items to help balance things out.

Yeah, hopefully someone does the same thing at a rational price point. If this were $250 I would give it some serious thought. I wonder how many of my coworkers would get the tune.

Picked up a good sealing cigar box and some crystals and have started the seasoning process with the spanish cedar a little bit ago. I also picked up a cheap cutter and a Gran Habano #3, Quorum, Cuban Exile, and a Mr B's.
