To dye or Not to Dye

I won some gray Daltons of the bay & ibating having them dyed black. Thoughts? Comments?

I got a pair back when they were on sale. After putting a good shine on them with some neutral polish, I decided to leave them gray. They look good with gray, black, navy slacks, and ok with khaki.

I like the gray as it is and personally wouldnt dye it. To me its kind of unique and goes with a good amount of pants.

I'm pretty sure we had a thread on here from someone who did exactly what you're proposing. If I'm not mistaken, he was shooting for burgundy but they ended up very close to black. I may be worth a search.

Of course it is all about your personal preferences, but I would also vote not to dye them. At least not until you have worn them a few times with different pants to see how they work out. Personally, I like the gray A&E shoe styles in their causal line.
