Tirvine's Entry to the Hall of Fame

What is your real name?
Tim Irvine

What are your nicknames/aliases?

Where do you live?
Austin, Texas

What is your age (or) generation?

What are you in the real world?
Retired attorney and state government agency head

What is your favorite shave setup?
I like my Edwin Jagger razor with Red Israeli Personnas. I use sandalwood shave soap, currently TOBS. I lather with a small Kent silvertip. My aftershave is almost always 4711 after my shower, which is after my shave.

What are your hobbies and favorite activities?
Cooking, collecting cookware, playing guitar, listening to the stereo (classical, jazz, some rock), reading, golf, exercising, gardening.

What else should the members of B&B know about you?
I started shaving in the mid-1960s with Schick single edge injector blades, Yardley shave soap, a hand me down badger brush, and Yardley lavender aftershave or Acqua di Selva. During law school I went to using an inherited Henckels straight razor and discovered new scents, mainly Guerlain Vetiver and Habit Rouge. The eighties were Polo and Eau Sauvage. The kit and routine have been largely intact since the 1990s.
