What's new

Tiny Brush Owners Club: TBOC

Here's my Ever Ready PB 500. It's 77mm high vs the 66 mm of the Wee Scot, but is still tiny. Shown with my bigger boar at 135mm.

Wow! Thanks for the heads-up Cash.

I've been looking for a tiny synthetic forever. You' da man! :001_cool:

I've just ordered, and taken advantage of Maggard's new economy shipping rate ($3.13 to the UK) too, fabulous.

The knot size is perfectly fine IMO. I dunno about the handle as it seems fairly tall (at 53mm). Maybe Jesse @rockero (our TBOC founder) will weigh in and give his opinion...

Beaming you up Jesse. :001_rolle
Thanks!
It’s my first small knot.
Another brush will follow.
I don’t need a big brush.

:001_unsur You've lost me there Schnitzel, what do you mean?

The Omega S10065 is a typical mid-range brush with a ~24/51 knot, so it's too big. The Maggard 18mm Travel Timberwolf is a tiny, and the Wee Scot is definitely a tiny.

You’re right that was vague.
The tendons on my right thumb are severely damaged and the joints are pinned. Doc says to avoid small handles.
The 100065 is out of the picture.
I want smaller brushes without tiny handles.
The Timberwolf is a candidate as is the upcoming small brush from Rudy Vey.

This just in.
I has a reply from Dave at YaQi
There is a 19mm knot soon to be released. The picture didn’t come through. I will post when it arrives.
