A good shave.

Except... and I hate to admit it, but I got a (quickly disappearing) weeper on my chin. Normally I'd know exactly what the cause was, but this time I didn't notice anything before spotting the red dot. The thing that came to mind straight away was that the blade was sharper than before (due to me carefully honing it on my whiskers each shave).
You think that's crazy? I ain't a member of the BOSC for nuttin'.

Another great shave.

I suspect that careful honing on the whiskers each shave, followed by a gentle towel strop (after washing and drying the razor and flipping the blade, then reassembling it) is either sharpening the blade or keeping it at optimal sharpness.

Perfect, yes thank you very much. The slim is much more in line with others than I thought. How would you put the blade feel compared to your GC .84? I’m very familiar with the entire GC line and wouldn’t describe any of them as having a lot of blade feel, though I’ve seen others describe them as such.

The Timeless SSSlim OC definitely has more blade feel than the RazoRock GC84 SB (IMO). I like blade feel.

The Timeless SSSlim OC definitely has more blade feel than the RazoRock GC84 SB (IMO). I like blade feel.

Thank you. yeah I don't mind blade feel either, so it's always hard to gauge others' opinions of what is too much and especially since I've never tried any of the Timeless. I have a Ti OC Slim head on the way, thanks for the input!
