Time of day for last coffee?

Last night I had a double espresso before bed. Probably wouldn’t have made it to bed without it!

I drink tea, rather than coffee and, now into my sixth decade (54), I find that I have to stop drinking tea by 6:00 p.m. in order to be able to sleep adequately.

I can drink coffee at any moment of the day, since it does not cause me sleeping issues. Anyway, I never drink more than 4 cups per day.
