Thickening Shampoo?

Any suggestions on what the best thickening shampoo is out there?

I've used redken men densify shampoo.

I was wondering if anything else is out there that's comparable or better out there?

I saw Kiehl's had a thickening shampoo, and found a product called Prograine. Ideas? Thoughts? THANKS IN ADVANCE

Vive has an over the counter hair thickening shampoo that a lot of people have said good things about and it's only like 4-5 dollars so it could be a good place to start. ..

Redken Body Full is a good thickening shampoo. However, they recently reformulated the Body Full line and its no longer that great. It should be the one WITHOUT cotton fibers in it that works. I think the new bottles say new on it.

I've tried a number of these and my favorite is Energizer Treatment Shampoo which is designed for thinning hair. I've only found it in Vitamin Shoppe and some health food stores and it costs about $10. It's a reddish shampoo in a transparent tube that sits on its cap. It doesn't lather great but it works really well.

Yep, definitely give the Nioxin line a try. You may have to ask a professional about which exact product in the Nioxin line to go with, but every single professional that I've asked about the product line have raved about it. Give it a shot!

Cheers

I would get some store brand minoxidil from Target or Wal-mart, and put it on morning and night 3-4 times a week. It seems to make the hair healthier and thicker (even though it rarely grows hair).

The Pinaud Clubman shampoo lists thickening on the label. I'm not entirely sure if it does, but the price is right and you can't beat the scent.
