We have beef in the pasture, a goat in the yard, deer and tree rats in the woods....My family will not starve. I told them we will be eating spring green salads this year if we have to. Have done it for fun, but will do it for necessity as well if needed.

The neighbor across the street opened his freezer for me on Sunday and told me, "take what you want". Don't mind if if do. I took two packs of Axis deer saussge and two packs of Axis pan sausage. Didnt see any ribeyes but i was looking.There's beef in the freezer already.
I am going to start using the term Charmageddon.
Now I want roast lamb!!!

I heard the Kiwi's were switching over to brisket, ribs and pulled pork.
