It's more of a mockery of the current multi-blade-razor arms race.
And it is also an ad for an XBOX 360 game that I stumbled upon.
The game seems like a TF2ish type game, but with more facial hair. And snarky commentators.

Too bad I cannot edit the thread title, because I think most users skipped over it thinking I was asking what the Ultimate Razor would be.
