The Twelve Days of Fatness

Over at the Order of the Fat Thread, members of the flock have put together a Mitchell's Wool Fat version of the Twelve Days of Christmas. Also included are a few comments in brackets [] from members as this came to be.

We wish everyone, Happy Holidays!

"On the first day of Fatness my true love gave to me: a soap first made in eighteen-ninety-three.

On the second day of Fatness, my true love gave to me: Two wools a wooing,

On the third day of Fatness, my true love gave to me: Three shearers shearing,

[I like how we are all singing! :)]

On the Fourth Day of Fatness my true love gave to me: Four ewes a bleating,

On the fifth Day of Fatness my true love gave to me: Five gol-den crooks,

[Great now that song is stuck in my head, but I'm loving it…]

On the sixth Day of Fatness my true love gave to me Six sheeps a shavin',

On the seventh day of Fatness my true love gave to me: Seven rams a-running,

On the eight day of Fatness my true love gave to me: Eight lambs a-gamboling,

On the ninth day of Fatness my true love gave to me: Nine lanolin lathers,

On the tenth day of Fatness my true love gave to me: Ten tallow pucks,

[…mad for DA FAT :taz:more fat, I need more fat]

On the eleventh day of Fatness my true love gave to me: Eleven ceramic dishes,

On the twelfth day of Fatness my true love gave to me: Twelve spinners spinning…

And a soap first made in eighteen-ninety-three."

And from August West...Fleece Navidad.

You're not right, ha, ha. Too funny. I like the lamb. I have not tried wool fat yet but am looking forward to it eventually.

How do you make virgin wool?

Raise ugly sheep.
That "ban the person above you" thread wasn't lying about dressing up sheep in sexy santa costumes...
