THE THIN BLUE SMOKE THREAD XII

I was in the mood for something a little different today.

So while I rubbed down the ribs this morning and let sit in the fridge for 4hrs. I decided to add some chipotle rub on them while I was waiting for the smoker to warm up using cherry and hickory pellets. Sauced them with 60\40 mix of peach jam and KC style bbq sauce with some chipotle rub and molasses mixed in. They turned out great. 👍
