WalMart seems to be clearing out their smokers for the winter once again. A buddy went today and picked up a $300 Oklahoma Joe Bronco for $90. Very efficient smokers.

Smoked meatloaf today. Quick and easy meal for when you are short on time. Very tasty. Bacon on top, 50/50 Beef and Italian sausage, onions, Gruyere, rushed and forgot the bell pepper. Sandwiches next week!

The leftovers were even better. Grilled slices like a hamburger with some Shiitake mushrooms and cheese on toasted sourdough. Wow!

I haven't had wagyu brisket yet but I remember reading some conversation on a forum about if it would be worth the extra cost vs prime if that's available for around $3/pound... if you end up getting one, I'd love to see how it comes out and what you think of it!
