First beans of the year.
Lol! My beans just sprouted!
Beautiful my friend! My popcorn is up as well. Tomatoes about a week from starting to blossom.

I let my 4'x8' raised bed go and do it's own thing this year. Lots of Thai basil came up along with half a dozen yet to be determined pepper plants. Thyme, chives (garlic and onion), echinacea, Mexican oregano and sage. All self seeded. The massive frost we had last winter seemed to decimate the perennials but I cut them all back, almost to the ground, and they bounced back better than ever.
Ate some garden broccoli and cabbage today.

I picked my first cherry tomatoes today. This year I let my tomatoes sprawl on the ground. No Tying binding trussing. My dwarfs don’t really like that but we’ll see what happens. Sort of the experimental year. I’m sure the yield will be lower but maybe they are tastier…I mean that’s what we’re going after really.

You guys' gardens are looking good. Mine's getting started but it seems a little slow this year. I have tomatoes on all except the Mr. Stripeys. Just cut a couple of jalapenos today for tonight's hushpuppies.
Start the kraut. I see you have a gorilla cart. I love mine.

Those scapes make a good addition to any dish just love them, too bad I didn’t plant anything this year.
You’ve got some serious planning to do with all those goodies. You could smoke all of those bell peppers put them in mason jars with olive oil. I’ll take 3 to 4 jars when you’re ready. I’ll PM my address.
I might take another picture when I get back home from my obligatory anniversary date with the War Department! We have had more than 24 hours of rain now....
