My neighbor gave me an Opu plant (Bottle gord) this spring. the vines are over twenty feet long. This is the first one to be picked young. I’ve never cooked one before but that’s going to change soon. Darn thing is as long as my arm!

I grew some of those this year! Phenomenal taste, and made some great stewed tomatoes for canning.
