I had a drink made with this tequila out at a nice restaurant and was smitten. I love rose in both flavor and scent. Haven’t cracked the blanco yet but the reposado is a delightful sipping tequila
A friend gifted me this a while back. It‘s usually $35, I found it on sale for $25 at a grocery store and somehow it jumped into my cart. 
I haven’t finished the first bottle yet. It’s good enough to keep stocked and have a back up bottle.

My liquor store rewards program emailed this morning. Somehow I missed out on Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel and William Larue Weller. They were already sold out. I passed on Blanton’s’s and Colonel EH Taylor for Weller Antique 107. How could those two bottles immediately sell out?! I smell a rat.
They were probably all accounted for before the email even went out. Thus the life of allocated bourbon.
On the other hand…
I decided to drop by the liquor store today to see if there were any special bottles left that got delivered yesterday morning. Most times Weller Special Reserve and Buffalo Trace are snapped up before noon on Thursday. I lucked into a bottle of Buffalo Trace because they got a full case yesterday. I missed out on one of the two bottles of Special Reserve that were delivered.

I did a little work on the neighbor's truck this week and found this on my porch when I got home today. I really appreciate it even though I told him no payment was needed.
Got this peterson flask today. Was a freebie with a tobacco pipe I ordered. Pretty nice!
Not really a whiskey drinker, but tasted this last weekend and bought a bottle. Thinking of having another taste tonight since tomorrow is my day off. Anyone here familiar with it? It has a smooth flavor with more than a hint of maple.

. Got hornswaggled into trying it after an event. Generally don’t drink the hard stuff, but a close friend circumnavigated my objections and durned if I didn’t really like it. Have no idea the maker, where it comes from, or what’s in it. But it’s delicious and if you have too much it will make you walk funny. Curly

First sample and yea, it’s good stuff.
Costco had a deal on Dewars white label jugs for $16 if you buy two. That’s almost a two for the price of one deal! I’m stocked up on cheap blended scotch now.
Another tequila acquisition after my father in law raved about it. A bit pricey but fantastically smooth with a gentle sweetness to it.
Dropped by the liquor store and grabbed soke stuff. Hopefully will last me a while haha. First bottle of irish whiskey and tiny bottle of blended scotch to try out.
