She's a keeper! She went through with the purchase after finding out the actual cost.

This was available through an incentive program at a big box liquor store. I paid for it last Thursday, but had not received an email stating that it was at my local store. I called the store today, luckily, and found it had arrived!
$85 US at Costco.
I paid $150 a bottle for 3 bottles of Elmer T Lee for a friend out of town. Purchased in Brooklyn, NY.
My sister in CT has provided me with Elmer T. Lee. I need to remind her to keep an eye out!
I haven't been able to find this this year. One of my favorites though.
Picked up a bottle of Jura 10 at the market. It was marked down a bit so it jumped into my cart.

Back at Norfolk for our daughter’s promotion ceremony today. Did manage to find time to swing by the liquor store on base. Bombay Sapphire...it’s like they’re giving it away!

Four Roses Small Batch
Picked up a bottle of Patron Silver and some 'rita mix.
I was able to go to Costco unsupervised. So two handles came home with me. Actually a pretty decent blend. At $17+ it’s a bargain. Also keeps me from dipping into my single malts.
First bottle I’ve purchased with sediment.
Went to a decent liquor store today.
I guess I’m building a wine collection now
Checking out what the blended malt hubbub is about.
Browsed Total Wine yesterday. Picked up a bottle of run of the mill Taylor-Fladgate Tawny. I really prefer Ruby, but once in awhile... I almost grabbed a bottle and half bottle of TF 2017 Vintage Port. I would like to sample it now and after appropriate aging. It seems the price of recent Vintage Port has decreased a little. I am wondering if it is due to three declared years in a row.
